Climbing in Asturias- Performance Coaching in northern Spain

Climbing stalactites – tufas in the climbing jargon- is a lot of fun. These amazing rock features require specific movement skills to take the weight of your arms and save as much as energy as possible. You will need to use heel hooks, knee bars, back jams, horse riding, bridging…

We provide performance climbing courses to teach you these and more energy saving techniques to climb steeper routes. In the summer we offer workshops in the south of Spain, in Villanueva Del Rosario, province of Malaga and in the north of Spain, in the climbing venue of Teverga, in the province of Asturias.
Below are some pictures of our last sport climbing performance coaching course that took place in the climbing sector of Las Bóvedas, in Entrago. Fantastic steep routes with tufas from 6b… the pictures say everything 🙂
