Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled at least 30 days before the meeting date and time, you can claim a total refund,
  • If cancelled at least 10 days before the meeting date and time, you can claim a 50% refund, reschedule to a mutually convenient date or transfer your booking to someone else.
  • If cancelled 9 days or less before the meeting date and time, you will not receive a refund but you will be able to reschedule to a mutually convenient date or transfer your booking to someone else.
